Dynamic Coalitions

Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 The IGF 2015 will introduce for the first time a main session providing a platform for the dynamic coalitions to present their work to the broader community. This forms part of the efforts to allow the IGF to provide more tangible outputs, as recommended by the CSTD Working Group for IGF Improvement.

Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 Eight Dynamic Coalitions have decided to make use of this opportunity and submitted a report on their activities so far as an input into this discussion. These documents are now available on the IGF website on review platforms for the community to provide comments. All comments received will be reflected to the extent possible in a final version of the documents that will be submitted to the annual IGF meeting.

Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 As an intermediary step, a snapshot will be taken of these processes on 25 August. This will form the basis for review at the upcoming Open Consultations and MAG Meeting taking place in Paris on 2-4 September. The papers will be further refined after the Paris meeting and a final version will be posted on 1 October. Comments can be posted on an ongoing basis until the meeting itself.

Leave a comment on paragraph 4 0 The final shape and structure of the main session will be decided at the Paris meeting. The documents will form the basis for the discussion at the 2015 meeting with the objective of producing a tangible output.

Leave a comment on paragraph 5 0 This section presents various output documents from the Dynamic Coalitions. Community members are strongly encouraged to engage in the discussions and provide their feedback on the documents, using this platform for commenting.
