I am Lawyer graduated at Law and Social Sciences School from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba (Argentina) and Specialized at Law and Technology from the Universidad Blas Pascal (Cordoba). I am Research Director of AGEIA DENSI Argentina, an organization from the Civil Society related with academic activities as well.
I was involved in Internet Governance issues since 2010 when I was Fellow at the South Summer School on Internet Governance and then when I took the Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme of DiploFoundation during 2010.
After that I was Fellow at the Third, Fourth and Fifth Regional Preparatory Meeting of Latin America and the Caribbean for the IGF in 2010, 2011 and 2012. I was also local host of the LACIGF 2013 held in Cordoba (Argentina).
I am Alumni of the ICANN Fellowship Program. I am ISOC Global Member and Alumni at ISOC Next Generation Leaders Program having taken this course in 2011. As part of this Program I was ISOC Ambassador for the IGF held in Nairobi in 2011 and also an ISOC Returning Ambassador for the IGF held in Baku in 2012.
Currently I am serving as Expert Moderator for the ISOC Next Generation Leaders eLearning Course in its Spanish Edition and Lecturer of the Infrastructure and Critical Internet Resources DiploFoundation course. I am Guest Professor at DENSI at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba.
I was recently selected ALAC (ICANN) member by LACRALO to develop this role during 2014 and 2015.
I am Member of Diplo Internet Governance Community and GigaNet.
Also I am working on new technology issues, related to consulting, administrative and litigation aspects.
As MAG member this year I was involved with the Capacity Building Team and I plan to continue involved with this track for the next year.
