Mindaugas Glodas earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and obtained his MBA from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Mindaugas leads Microsoft business in the three Baltic countries. As Country General Manager, he drives strategic planning, operations and key growth initiatives in these developing markets. He has more than eleven years of experience in information technology industry. Before joining Microsoft in 2004 as Country Manager of Lithuania, he served as EU Integration Business Development Manager for Baltic States at IBM for five years. Outside of Microsoft, he is vice president of Infobalt Association of Information Technology, member of Management Board of Invest Lithuania, member of E-Business, IT and Telecommunications Commission at ICC. Apart from managing business in the three Baltic countries, Mindaugas Glodas is also actively involved in Microsoft global initiatives related to Internet development, access, reduction of digital divide, online safety and security.
