IGF 2012 Workshop Proposal Scoring System

 

 

1) Login to back-end

The back-end can be accessed from (http://wsms1.intgovforum.org) where you will be asked to either register or login. Note that if you have not registered then you should do so. In order to be able to evaluate the IGF 2012 workshop proposals you need to have the right permissions. You should not use the login box located on the lower left part of the IGF website in order to perform the workshop evalutaion.

2) Accessing the Workshop proposals

Once you are logged-in, (because you have been assigned the privilege) you will see a black coloured menu-bar at the top of the page.

Once you log-in you will get the IGF 2012 Workshop Proposal Form in 'View' mode as shown in figure 2. Another way of accessing the form is from the main menu go to> Content Management (2nd item after Home)> click on Webform, after which you will get a list of forms that has been used to collect IGF 2012 related data.

3) Reviewing IGF 2012 Workshop Proposals submissions

Here, the reviewing process will consiste of

  • Reading individual submissions from the list workshop proposals
  • Giving scores to individual submissions
  • Setting the status of every reviewed submissions

 

Reading individual submissions from the list workshop proposals

As shown in fig. 3, you have to click on the 'Submissions' link of the workshop proposal form to access all the workshop proposals submitted via the form as shown in fig. 4 below.

In fig. 4 you can see a list of all the workshop proposals made, which consist of the proposal ID, date of submission, Operations column and the WSP_ status (which consist of Accept, Reject and Pending).

Logically, to view a specific submission you will have to click on its corresponding 'View' from the Operations column which will take you to the submission as shown iin fig. 5 below.

As you can see in fig. 5, depending on the submission that you have selected to view (from fig. 4), you will get the workshop proposal form loaded with the submitted values (which you can view by clicking on the any of the 4 sections). Becuase you have the permission to evaluate the submission, you will also get the 'score' section of that specific submission which by default is blank.

Scoring submissions

At the top of the submission page click on 'Edit' tab

scroll to the bottom of the page until you see 'score', click on it to open the scoring section of that proposal
