Workshop organizers can invite resource persons to attend their workshop as panellists.The resource persons list is provided to assist workshop organizers to reach a balance among their workshop panellists, in terms of multi-stakeholder participation, geographical representation and gender balance. The resource persons can also be invited to join a workshop in the instance that a panellist withdraws from the panel.
