I am Lawyer graduated at Law and Social Sciences School from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba
(Argentina) and Specialized at Law and Technology from the Universidad Blas Pascal in Cordoba too. I am Director of Research of AGEIA DENSI Argentina, an organization from the Civil Society related with academic activities too.
I was involved in Internet Governance issues since 2010 when I was Fellow at the South Summer School on Internet Governance in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and then when I took the Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme of DiploFoundation during 2010. After that I was Fellow at the Third and Fourth Regional Preparatory Meeting of Latin America and the Caribbean for the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) held in Quito (Ecuador) in 2010 and Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago) in 2011. Also I am Alumni of the ICANN Fellowship Program at the 39th Meeting held in Cartagena, Colombia in December, 2010 and at the 41th Meeting held in Singapore in June, 2011.
I am ISOC Global Member and Alumni at ISOC Next Generation Leaders Program having taken thiscourse in 2011. As part of this Program I was ISOC Ambassador for the Internet Governance Forum held in Nairobi (Kenya) in September, 2011. Currently I am working on new technology issues, related to consulting, administrative and litigation aspects. I was Advisor at ECLAC (Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean) for the Group of Internet Governance eLAC2010. Also I am Guest Professor at DENSI at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba.
