Town hall session Open Consultation on non-State Digital Cooperation stakeholders  This session will review progress of non-State actors engaged in the Roadmap on Digital Cooperation, the Position Paper on the Tech Envoy and the ongoing… In October, a network of non-State actors started a coalition to support and engage with the Secretary-General of the United Nations on Digital Cooperation. The first action on the agenda is a "Position Paper" on expectations and aspirations of the UN Tech Envoy. A draft is underway. This session will be an open consultation on the draft.
