Markus Kummer is an independent expert specializing in Internet governance and policy. He is Chairman of the Internet Governance Forum Support Association (IGFSA) Executive Committee and also Vice-Chair of the Internet Society’s Swiss Chapter and Senior Digital Policy Fellow of the Geneva Internet Platform.

Erlingur Erlingsson has been a Public Policy Manager on Meta's International Institutions team since 2018, working on all aspects of policy engagement with key international organizations, such as the OECD and the United Nations. He coordinates Meta’s engagement with the IGF and works closely on internet governance issues.

Ms. Olga Kyryliuk has a PhD in International Law and is currently a Chair of SEEDIG - South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance covering 20 countries from South Eastern Europe and the neighbouring area (SEE+). In her daily job, she is a Program Manager at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative in charge of the regional Internet freedom advocacy program in South-Eastern Europe.

SEEDIG Youth IGF

Since 2019, SEEDIG runs a multilayered programme for engagement of youth in its processes. This includes a dedicated school on Internet governance for youth hosted in conjunction with the annual meeting and guidance for effective participation in the annual meeting as well as in the intersessional work long-term.

Sandra Hoferichter is Secretary General of the European Dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG), the European IGF. She is also Chair of Medienstadt Leipzig e.V., a German non-profit organisation that, among other things, coordinates the European Summer School on Internet Governance (EuroSSIG) since 2007.

Wolfgang Kleinwaechter is a Professor Emeritus from the University of Aarhus in Denmark, Commissioner in the Global Commission on Stability in Cyberspace (GCSC) and former ICANN Board member. He is involved in Internet Governance issues since the early 1990s.

Desiree Miloshevic Evans is an active connector, Internet public servant and a member of the global Internet governance community. She served as Special Adviser to the UN Under-Secretary and Chair of the Internet Governance Multistakeholder Advisory Group, as Trustee of the Board of Internet Society and on the Board of Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility.

She is currently co-chair of the RIPE Cooperation Working Group and Generic Name Supporting Organisation Councillor  at Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.
